Trimola began with a simple observation: finding and managing local services is still more complicated than it should be.
Customers often have to search across multiple websites and social media pages, message several providers, ask for pricing, coordinate availability, and use separate tools for booking and payment. At the same time, local service businesses are often managing their operations through a mix of calls, text messages, social media, calendars, spreadsheets, and payment applications.
We believed there should be a better way for both sides.
Trimola was founded in Florida by a team with backgrounds in operations, product and process development, marketing, and innovation. Together, we set out to build a platform that could support the full local service experience—not only helping customers discover providers, but also giving businesses practical tools to manage their services, bookings, customers, staff, payments, and growth.
From the beginning, we wanted Trimola to be more than another online directory. A listing alone does not solve the challenges customers and providers face. The experience needed to remain connected from the moment a customer discovers a service through booking, communication, payment, completion, and future loyalty.
We also recognized that service businesses are often powered by teams. Staff members need visibility into their assigned appointments, schedules, customer communication, and commissions. That is why Trimola was designed around three connected experiences: one for customers, one for providers, and one for staff.
We are starting in Florida, with an initial focus on the Tampa Bay community. Starting locally gives us the opportunity to work closely with businesses, understand how different service industries operate, and continue building Trimola around real needs rather than assumptions.
Trimola is being built to strengthen the relationships between customers and the people who serve their communities.
Our mission is to make local services easier to discover, book, manage, and deliver.
We bring customers, service businesses, and staff together through one connected platform, reducing the need for fragmented tools and disconnected communication.
For customers, that means a simpler way to explore providers, compare services, book appointments, communicate, and manage payments.
For businesses, it means practical tools to present their services, organize bookings, manage teams, communicate with customers, and track business activity.
For staff, it means clearer access to assigned work, availability, customer communication, and commission records.
Our mission is not to replace the personal relationships that make local businesses valuable. It is to provide the technology that helps those relationships begin more easily, operate more smoothly, and grow over time.
Our vision is to become the trusted platform people think of when they need a local service.
We envision communities where customers can confidently find the right provider, businesses of every size have access to professional management tools, and staff members have greater clarity and organization around their work.
As Trimola grows, we aim to support a broad range of service industries while preserving the local connections that make each market unique.
We want to create an ecosystem where:
Our long-term goal is to help create stronger local service economies—one community, one business, and one customer relationship at a time.
